Recovery Coach
Supporting people to build capacity, confidence and a life that feels manageable and meaningful

A Psychosocial Recovery Coach works alongside people living with mental health challenges to build skills, independence and confidence in everyday life. Rather than focusing on diagnosis, recovery coaching centres on your strengths, goals and what matters most to you.
I provide practical, relationship-based support to help individuals make sense of complex systems, navigate the NDIS, and develop realistic strategies for daily living, community connection and long-term wellbeing.
Recovery coaching is collaborative, flexible and grounded in respect. I work closely with you—and where appropriate, your family, carers and other supports—to create and implement recovery plans that support sustainable progress.
