Early Childhood Practitioner
Early intervention that supports children, families and everyday routines
The early years are a critical time for development. As an Early Childhood Practitioner, I support young children and their families through evidence-informed, play-based and family-centred early intervention.
My focus is on building skills, strengthening relationships and supporting participation at home, in early learning settings and within the community.
How I Can Support Your Child
I work closely with families to understand each child’s strengths, needs and goals, and to develop practical strategies that fit naturally into daily routines.
Support areas include:
Early intervention and developmental support
Social and emotional development
Emotional regulation and co-regulation
Play skills and peer interaction
Transitions (home to childcare, childcare to school)
Parent coaching and capacity building
Disability and NDIS early childhood supports

A Family-Centred Approach
Families know their child best. My role is to partner with you, providing guidance, tools and strategies that are realistic and achievable in everyday life.
Support may include:
Play-based sessions in the home or early learning setting
Coaching parents and carers to embed strategies into routines
Developing visual supports, social stories and routines
Collaborating with childcare, preschool and school staff
Coordinating with allied health professionals
